| E-mail auto-responders are software programs which reside on our
server. Anytime an e-mail is received by a specific address a
response e-mail is automatically sent back to the person who sent the
original e-mail. This is sometimes called a vacation program.
You could setup for example an auto-responder on info@your-domain.com
to send back an auto response of "Thank you for requesting
information. A representative will be contacting you shortly."
You have complete control over which address/es have
auto-responders and what message is emailed back using a simple
on-line form included with your account.
